# Теократия

**Теократия** — религиозное правительство, в котором церковь стоит выше светской власти. **Сила идеи** теократического государства зависит от с**илы церкви**: чем она выше, тем сильнее само правительство.

Теократия может объявлять **религиозные войны** против государств другой веры. В таких войнах она получает **+20% к лимиту армии**, а здания религиозного типа усиливают все свои параметры на **20%**.

Слабостью теократии являются войны против государств той же религии: в таком случае **лимит армии снижается на 20%**. Также у теократических государств снижены прирост и ценность **специализированных зданий** для благополучия провинции.
